New Chief Deputy Clerk

The Judges and Clerk of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia are pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. James S. (Scott) Poupard to the position of Chief Deputy Clerk.
Mr. Poupard most recently served as a Systems Administrator in the Court’s IT department. Before joining the Bankruptcy Court, Scott was employed in the IT department of the District Court for more than 20 years, becoming the IT Director in 2006. He brings a wealth of managerial and automation experience to the office and is expected to be an outstanding addition to the Court’s management team.
