CM/ECF Registration

NOTE: Updated August 9, 2021.

To register for an account with the Middle District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court, you must have an individual PACER account; not a firm account.  If you already have an individual PACER account skip to If You Already have a PACER Account.  This process is the same for attorneys, trustee, filing agents, and limited filers.

Register for a PACER Account
To register for a PACER individual account, go to www.pacer.gov and click on Register for an Account.  Follow the screens prompts to complete your registration.  You can find detailed instructions for completing the PACER registration process here.  Once you complete the PACER registration, you will be given the option of choosing a court in which to link.  Select the Middle District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court.  Your request to access our court will be sent to us and approved in a timely manner.  Once we complete the approval, you will have full access to the court’s CM/ECF and PACER.

If You Already have a PACER Account
Log into PACER at www.pacer.gov. Once logged into PACER, go to Manage Your Account > Maintenance. Click on Attorney Admissions/E-File Registration or Non-Attorney E-File Registration. Once you complete all the required information, your request to access our Court will be sent to us and approved in a timely manner. Once we complete the approval, you will have full access to the court’s CM/ECF system.

You can find more information on NextGen CM/ECF at http://lesson1.club/migration-cmecf-nextgen.

If you have questions, please contact the court at [email protected].
