The U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia encourages parties to engage in mediation to resolve disputes in adversary proceedings and contested matters. To ensure that all attorneys are aware of this service, we are publishing our new Mediation Procedures, along with a suggested form order when requesting mediation, which you can find on the “Programs and General Information” tab on the far right side of our home page.
